One of the many ways to make each session smooth and effective is to have a good understanding of the student’s English level and English goals. Every time tutors complete a session, they will need to fill in a feedback form, where they will (1) evaluate the student in terms of fluency, comprehension and pronunciation. This way the student can see his/her progress and tutors can also access this information. Tutors also need to (2) add the vocabulary seen during the session and (3) any follow-up activities he/she may give the student for the future session in the boxes provided.
NOTE: Tutors will be paid for a session only after they have filled out the feedback form. Tutors have 72 hours to leave feedback. If they miss the deadline the tutor will not be paid for that session and the feedback form related to that session will expire.
Tutors can check the status of their sessions under ‘your feedback’ ( > Find your student > [STUDENT NAME] > User Card > [see ‘Your Feedback’]
If bullet looks RED, it means that the feedback form for that session hasn’t been filled out yet.
If the bullet looks GREEN, there is nothing else you need to do!
You can also see your pending feedback forms on the standard right sidebar under ‘FEEDBACK’ (underneath ‘NEXT SESSIONS’).
Finally, in “MANAGE SESSIONS” ( > Manage Sessions), tutors can check the status of their sessions. They will be able to see the feedback forms they haven’t filled in yet and 24 hours before the expiration date they will be notified. If they haven’t filled out all of the feedback forms, an orange number on the top right corner of the MANAGE SESSIONS label will show up (indicating the number of pending feedback forms).
