In terms of content, B2B sessions are usually more business-oriented which means that tutors may help these students prepare for project presentations, negotiations meetings and any other business situations. During the first session with a B2B client, tutors should assess the student’s English level and find out more about his/her needs. Then tutors should create a course specific to that person’s English goals and situation. When applicable, tutors can also access the Fluentify Courses materials to address the relevant topics (Conference Calls, Business Emails, Presentations, and Negotiations)
After 5 sessions, tutors will have to fill in a more thorough feedback form specific to the B2B proposition (B2B Feedback) that must be submitted to the student’s HR department (tutors will receive an email with a template of the form), and then this form must be completed after every 5 sessions a student completes with a tutor (10, 15, 20, etc.).
Once tutors have completed a B2B feedback form, it should be sent to the Head of Education via Slack (@Marianna) or via email (Marianna@fluentify.com).
